Join our team as an Early Childhood Administrator, where you will assist in the development and management of early childhood programs designed to nurture young learners and support their families. Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Licensed Home Childcare Agency, including coverage, following-up on leads and escalating any concerns
Oversee that policies are being followed, ensuring high-quality programs & program compliance
Collaborate with management team to support curriculum planning, program support, and parent satisfaction
Maintain compliance with all Regional, and Provincial regulations related to early childhood education including all health & safety protocols along with Ministry of Education Compliance
Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, parent feedback calls, and community engagement initiatives
Lead orientation sessions, conduct interviews and delivery of program equipment
General administrative duties such as filing, reviewing admission forms, staff files, emails and answering phone calls

Skills
Proven prior experience within an administrative roll (within an Early Childhood Setting preferred)
Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture
Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies
Organized and able to prioritize tasks, while maintaining attention to detail
Punctual and flexible when it comes to possible program changes
Proven ability to work independently
Strong problem solving skills
