Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment. This role involves providing care, support, and guidance to children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Create a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene. Develop and implement educational activities that cater to the individual needs of each child. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare. Provide support for children with disabilities, adapting activities as necessary to meet their needs.

Experience

Prior experience in a classroom setting or childcare environment is preferred. Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus. Background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous. Proven experience in caregiving or teaching roles involving children is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families effectively. Pay: $18.68-$27.62 per hour
