Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of service.
This is a dedicated role and we guarantee full time work with the same schedule daily. This role will require a 26' Box Truck.
Duties
Operate and maintain your own commercial vehicle to transport freight across dedicated routes and customers (no open board). Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal operating conditions. Manage freight loading and unloading, utilizing forklift operation as necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.. Operate heavy equipment when required for loading or unloading freight.
Experience
Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and appropriate endorsements. Minimum 3 years experience
