ABOUT THE ROLE?

We're looking for drivers to pick up furniture from donors and deliver furniture & housewares to clients in need. 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. This particular shift will be from Tuesday to Saturday !!

We're a pretty fun group of changemakers driven to make the city a better place by taking donated furniture and housewares and bringing it to people in need.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Operate an 18?26 ft. truck transporting donated items Deliver furniture & housewares to clients or pick up furniture from donors Identify destinations, establish routes and maintain schedules Load and unload furniture to and from the truck safely Install furniture on our showroom floor or inside clients' homes Maintain truck and comply with policies and standards Maintain driving records by obtaining receipts, completing driver's log and truck performance forms digitally 8-hour shifts

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US?

Valid "DZ" Ontario driver's license preferred or Valid "G" Ontario driver's license

Clean

driver's abstract

3+ years documented experience with commercial vehicles

Can lift up to 100lbs on a regular basis Are able to read and navigate GPS software Customer service-focused *Weekend availability an asset
