Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various driving roles, including commercial driving and delivery services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to operate different types of vehicles safely and efficiently. The Driver will be responsible for transporting sales and rental equipment, container and office trailer to and from our customer while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles, including, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds. Execute route driving to deliver heavy equipment as scheduled. Load and unload equipment using forklifts if required or manually as needed. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding routes, schedules, and any issues that arise during transport. Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with customers during transport. Operate heavy equipment when necessary and assist in moving operations as required.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the heavy haul equipment. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
