DZ Drivers Needed!

Position Summary

Mosaic is looking for 2 DZ Drivers to drive our branded trucks from the storage facility to activations across your market!

As a DZ Licensed Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our PC Financial branded trucks from our warehouse facilities to specific event locations across the city. Upon arrival, you will be responsible for checking in with the event organizers and/or store manager to identify the best possible parking location for the PC Financial trucks to gain the most interactions and engagements. Once activation is complete DZ Drivers must return to pick up the branded truck and deliver them back to the storage facility.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Pick up the truck and drive to specific locations across the city with some potential overnight travel

\xc2\xb7 Safely securing all the PC Financial assets in the back via ratchet straps to prevent any damage while driving.

\xc2\xb7 Planning travel routes, considering road constructions, traffic congestion and difficult weather conditions to ensure timely arrival.

\xc2\xb7 Performing a full vehicle check before driving (Oil check, fluid levels, tire pressure etc)

\xc2\xb7 Logging hours driven, distance covered, and expenses incurred

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring the PC Financial truck is parking in the best possible location at the store or event.

Qualifications

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Must be fully available for training and program activation dates

\xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience as a DZ driver

\xc2\xb7 A clean driving record, as well as truck and trailer maintenance knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Advanced proficiency in using road maps and GPS devices

\xc2\xb7 Ability to drive long, irregular hours and to retain alertness throughout

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional planning and time management skills

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of applicable road transport regulations

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Schedule

\xc2\xb7 Training: May 18th, 2023

\xc2\xb7 Program Dates: May 25th-September 35th, 2023

\xc2\xb7 No set drive time schedule

Wage

\xc2\xb7 $50/hr

\xc2\xb7 10-15 hours per week
