Job Summary

We are seeking

reliable and skilled Garbage Truck Drivers

to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for

neighborhood garbage and recycling collection

across assigned local routes.

This position operates

Tuesday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

, with

occasional shifts on Saturdays and Mondays

as required.

Drivers must have a strong commitment to

safety

, demonstrate excellent driving skills, and maintain professionalism when interacting with the public.

Responsibilities

Operate garbage and recycling trucks to collect waste from assigned routes in a safe and timely manner.

Alternate between driving and loading duties

alongside another driver throughout the shift. Conduct

pre-trip and post-trip inspections

to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance. Load, lift, and handle waste and recycling containers -- this position requires

physical stamina and endurance

. Communicate effectively with

dispatchers and team members

regarding routes, schedules, and any operational issues. Perform

routine vehicle checks

such as monitoring oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes. Follow all

safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies

while operating or working around heavy equipment.

Experience

No experience needed 40 hour on site training provided. A valid commercial driver's license (DZ, BZ, CZ, and AZ), is required for this position.

Pay: $28.18 per hour
