Dynamics Great Plains Developer (Onsite)
Primary Location: Canada
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Dynamics Great Plains Developer for our premier client in Canada.
Education and Experience

• 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics GP modules.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and data modeling.
• Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics with third-party applications via APIs, web services, and connectors.
• Hands-on experience with model-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom connectors in Power Apps.
• Basic familiarity with GP Power Tools for no-code/low-code tweaks inside GP.
• Basic skill in Dexterity to build custom forms and business logic that are upgrade aware.
• Intermediate proficiency with Visual Studio Tools for GP and C# to create .NET add-ins against GP dictionaries and handle events.
• Advanced experience with the eConnect SDK to programmatically create and update GP data from .NET.
• Advanced ability to work with GP Web Services and create REST or SOAP wrappers for external systems.
• Advanced skills in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, including writing stored procedures, creating views, and performance tuning of GP databases.
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors to orchestrate workflows around GP.
• Basic experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying GP add-ins and integration services.
• Basic ability to use Visual Studio debugging and SQL Profiler to trace GP add-ins and data flows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Finalization of functional requirements in Dynamics GP.
• Updating UAT to commence testing.
• Integration, Development and Remediation.
• Completion of Test Case Scenarios.
• Module Training.
• SSRS AR Statement Invoice.
• Final End to End testing.
• Go Live.
• Go Live Support.
• Complete documentation package for the application including Standard Operating Procedures.
