Job Description

Support & Troubleshooting:



Provide

day-to-day support

to users by resolving technical issues related to

Dynamics 365 F&O

Troubleshoot and escalate

issues as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution Handle

incident and service requests

, ensuring adherence to

service level agreements (SLAs)


System Configuration & Maintenance:



Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

and

Project Operations

, including:

Finance

Supply Chain

Human Resources

Perform regular

system checks

, updates, and

optimizations

to ensure peak performance

System Enhancements & Process Improvement:



Assist in the

design

,

testing

, and

implementation

of new features, functionalities, or integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O Collaborate with developers and technical teams to address

system customizations or integrations


Version Upgrades & Patches:



Support

system upgrades

,

patches

, and new releases of

Dynamics 365 F&O

, ensuring

minimal business disruption


Compliance & Security:



Ensure adherence to

security protocols

,

compliance standards

, and

financial regulations

within the system

Qualifications:



Minimum 4 years

of experience in a support role with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Experience with at least one of the following modules:

Finance

Supply Chain

Procurement

HR

Project Operations

Strong understanding of

ERP systems

and

business processes

in finance and operations Familiarity with

Dynamics 365 F&O and Project Operations

features and configuration

Strong X++ coding skills

,

OOPs concepts

, and experience with

Visual Studio

(advantageous) Understanding of

system integration

and

data migration techniques

Proven experience in: Designing, developing, and implementing

D365 FO customizations

using

X++

Creating, designing, and modifying

reports in Dynamics 365 FO

Technical design, development, and testing of

core Dynamics 365 FO apps

Working on

full life cycle implementations

across multiple versions Ability to make

technical recommendations

for installation, modification, and custom development Strong

troubleshooting

and

problem-solving
