Developpeur Web Full Stack

New Roots Herbal est un fabricant et distributeur national majeur de produits de sante naturels de haute qualite base pres de Montreal, au Quebec. Responsabilites :

Developper de nouveaux sites web et gerer les differents sites existants (Vitazan, New Roots Herbal et autres) ;

Maintenir et ameliorer les sites web actuels ainsi que l'experience des utilisateurs ;

Travailler avec les differents departements afin de concevoir, mettre en oeuvre et mettre a jour les sites web avec de nouvelles donnees et fonctionnalites ;

Se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances technologiques et les appliquer ou les mettre en oeuvre lorsque cela est possible ;

Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour l'achat de noms de domaine, le renouvellement de produits existants, etc.

Competences et qualifications :

Excellente connaissance du developpement web full stack ;

Solide experience avec PHP, MySQL, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, Laravel, Drupal, Wordpress ;

Connaissance de React, Angular ou Node.js (un atout) ;

Forte experience du design creatif ;

Capacite d'analyse et de resolution de problemes, debrouillardise et excellent esprit d'equipe ;

Excellentes aptitudes de communication verbales et ecrites (francais et anglais) ;

Etre organise, facilite a determiner les priorites et bonnes competences en gestion du temps ;

Capacite a comprendre et a repondre aux besoins et aux strategies de l'entreprise ;

Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe.

Formation et experience :

Baccalaureat en informatique ou en genie logiciel, ou tout diplome/certificat technique equivalent ;

Minimum de trois (3) annees d'experience dans un poste similaire ou experience equivalente ;

Tous les candidats doivent soumettre un portfolio pour etre consideres.

Horaire de travail :

Du lundi au vendredi, de 9h00 a 17h00 *Poste en presentiel
40 heures / semaine - Poste permanent a temps plein

Full-Stack Web Developer

New Roots Herbal is a leading national manufacturer and distributor of high-quality natural health products based near Montreal, Quebec. Responsibilities:

Develop new websites and manage the various existing sites (Vitazan, New Roots Herbal and more);

Continuously maintain and improve the current websites and user experience;

Work with different departments to design, implement, and update the websites with new data and features;

Keep abreast of new technological trends and apply or implement them when feasible;

Communicate with hosting providers for buying domain names, renewing existing products, etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of full-stack web development;

Strong experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery, Laravel, Drupal, Wordpress;

Knowledge React, Angular or Node.js (an asset);

Proven creative designing experience;

Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and excellent team spirit;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English);

A strong sense of organization, able to determine priorities and good time-management skills;

Ability to understand and react to meet business needs and strategies;

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or any equivalent degree/technical certificate;

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position or any equivalent experience;

All candidates must submit a portfolio to be considered.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. *In the office position
40 hours / week - Permanent full-time position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per year
