Actalent est a la recherche d'un developpeur logiciel embarque pour se rejoindre a notre equipe de genie conseil. Le candidat choisi supportera initialement un de nos clients qui est un leader mondial en matiere de de batiments intelligents, sains et durables. Ceci represente un excellent opportunite pour impacter un produit qui sera sur le marche pour les 15 a 20 prochaines annees et pour se rejoindre a notre equipe de developpement logiciel dans un capacite temps-plein. Quand les projets avec ce client se sont termines dans quelques annees, le developpeur sera assigner a d'autres projets par notre equipe de gestion technique.

Dans vos nouvelles fonctions, vous travaillerez au developpement d'applications embarques liees aux systemes de detection d'incendies. Vous aurez l'opportunite de toucher a differents aspects et versions des produits de notre client. Vous travaillerez avec l'equipe qui est responsable de la maintenance du produit et vous travaillerez de prochae avec l'equipe de NPI.

Ce poste demande un horaire de travail hybride (3 jours sur site). Notre client se situe sur la Rive-Sud a Brossard, dans un quartier en pleine effervescence tout pres du Quartier DIX30 et facile d'acces via les transports en commun (ils sont juste a cote du Reseau Express Metropolitain).

Role et Responsabilites

Analyser, deboguer, modifier, tester et implementer des logiciels embarques en C Responsable du debogage des produits existants, recents et anciens Interagir avec des personnes de differents services, organisations et autres lieux a travers le monde Le mode hybride n'est pas fixte: l'employe sera responsable de la gestion d'un planning lui permettant de s'entrainer rapidement et de deboguer sur du materiel de bureau

Exigences

Expertise en programmation C 3+ and d'experience en programmation des applications ARM temps-reel en utilisant des periphiques comme GPIO, SPI, I2C, PWM, etc. Embedded OS : 3 ans d'experience ou plus Anglais ecrit et parle Presence au bureau : 3 jours par semaine a Brossard

Summary

Actalent is looking for an embedded software developer to join our engineering services team. The selected candidate will initially support a project with one of our clients who is a global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings. This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on a product which will be in the market for the next 15-20 years and work in a full-time role with Actalent's software team. Once this project is completed in several years, the developer will be redeployed to other projects from our technical management team.

In your new role, you will work on the development of embedded applications related to fire detection systems. You will have the opportunity to touch on different aspects and versions of our customer's products. You will work with the team that is responsible for product maintenance, working closely with the NPI team.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule (3 days on site). Our client is located on the South Shore in Brossard, in a vibrant neighborhood close to the DIX30 District and easy access by public transport (they are right next to the Metropolitan Express Network).

Requirements

Expertise in C programming 3+ years experience writing real-time application for ARM microcontrollers, using peripherals such as GPIO, SPI, I2C, PWM, etc. Embedded OS: 3+ years experience Written and spoken English Office presence: 3 days a week in Brossard
