Depassement et defis stimulants

En tant que developpeur logiciel back-end, vos responsabilites seront de participer a l'analyse fonctionnelle des besoins en APIs de nos differents modules logiciels, ainsi qu'a la mise en oeuvre de solutions et de leurs tests au sein de nos produits.



Dans une ambiance favorisant le partage et la creativite, vous collaborerez avec des experts dans le domaine de la simulation temps-reel pour fournir aux usagers une experience immersive, en vue de l'amelioration du controle et de la visualisation de nos systemes complexes.

Principales responsabilites

Concevoir et developper des APIs dans le langage Go entre differents systemes logiciels (GUI, simulation temps-reel, logiciels externes) dans une approche d'integration continue en suivant un haut standard de qualite; Participer au processus de selection des technologies utilisees; Garantir le respect des regles de codage pour assurer la qualite et la maintenabilite du code; Participer a l'elaboration des requis intra et inter equipe. Collaborer etroitement avec les architectes systemes et logiciels afin de definir et les API entre les interfaces graphiques et les systemes de simulation. Participer a la maintenance et a la documentation des APIs; Participer au maintien d'une coherence et d'une convergence entre les divers produits d'OPAL-RT.

Exigences

Scolarite:

Baccalaureat en Genie informatique ou logiciel;

Experience :

1 a 3 ans d'experience en developpement logiciel;

Connaissances requises:

Experience avancee en developpement d'application web-based, APIs REST, Git, SQL (PostgreSQL). Une bonne maitrise du developpement avec Golang est requise;

Connaissance des outils/librairies suivants (Atouts):

Python

,

WebSockets, gRPC, Node.js, MATLAB/Simulink;

Connaissances linguistiques:

Francais obligatoire. Anglais niveau avance (oral et ecrit) pour la communication avec les collegues et partenaires hors Quebec;

Competences recherchees:

Faire preuve de d'autonomie et d'initiative, posseder un bon sens de l'organisation, aimer travailler en equipe.

Expectations and stimulating challenges:

As a back-end software developer, your responsibilities will be to participate in the functional analysis of the API needs of our various software modules, as well as in the implementation of solutions and their testing within our products.





In an atmosphere that encourages sharing and creativity, you will collaborate with experts in the field of real-time simulation to provide users with an immersive experience, the goal being to improve the control and visualization of our complex systems.

Main responsibilities :

Design and develop APIs using the Go programming language to connect various software systems (GUI, real-time simulation, external software) within a continuous integration framework, following high-quality standards; Participate in the choice of technologies used; Ensure compliance with coding standards to maintain high code quality and ease of maintenance; Participate in the definition of intra- and inter-team requirements to ensure alignment and clarity; Collaborate closely with system and software architects to define APIs between graphical interfaces and simulation systems; Participate in the maintenance and documentation of APIs; Participate in maintaining consistency and convergence between the various OPAL-RT products.

Requirements :

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer or Software Engineering;

Experience:

1 to 3 years of software development experience;

Technical knowledge:

Advanced experience in web application development, including REST APIs, Git, and SQL (PostgreSQL). Solid proficiency in Golang development is required.

Knowledge of the following tools/libraries (Assets):

Python, WebSockets, gRPC, Node.js, MATLAB/Simulink;

Language abilities:

French required. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with colleagues and partners outside Quebec;

Soft skills:

Demonstrated autonomy and initiative, strong organizational skills, and a passion for teamwork.
