Description :This role involves conducting investigations into service failures, implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues, and managing day-to-day cargo operations, including dangerous goods handling, inventory, and coordination with other stations and third-party providers. Additionally, the role ensures employee compliance with training, supports administrative functions such as audits, scheduling, and invoicing, and collaborates with various departments and contractors to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
