For the Accessories Product Manager to bring new accessory products development to life at Dura-Line, the following is required:

• We are looking for more than 5 years of Product Management experience
• Experience leading a small team.
• Experience in the infrastructure/telecommunication and/or manufacturing/plastic pipe extrusion industries will be a plus but is not a must.
• Technical problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Eager to learn, adapt and have an open mentality is also important.
• We are looking for a leader, communicator, process driven and oriented, listener and influencer with a getting things done mentality and a customer centric approach.
• Multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, demonstrating an ability to prioritizing between what is urgent and what is important.
• Ability to thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information, whether good or bad.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ERP/SAP experience is a plus!
