Job Description

T. Musselman Excavating is a local growing excavating company that is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a tri-axel driver. If you have dump truck experience, enjoy a positive work environment and working outdoors this job may be right for you. This position is available immediately.

Salary:

$27-$32, dependent on experience

Hours:

45-60 hours a week

Responsibilities

Drive dump truck to local pits and load with materials Deliver materials to job sites Keep detailed records for time tracking and job costing purposes Perform daily pre and post trip inspections Fuel and clean out truck daily Required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Comply with all company health and safety guidelines Responsible for own transportation to shop in Petersburg Responsible to provide own personal protective equipment Other duties will be assigned as required

Desired Skills and Experience

3 years of previous dump truck driving experience required

DZ license required,

for a minimum of 3 years Must be safety conscious Excellent team player Great communication skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record Must be punctual and personable Must obtain WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety training
