Various locationsTasks
Drive lighter, special purpose trucks Load and unload goods Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumptionCertificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)Documentation knowledge
Accident or incident reports Driver logbook Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) Trip reportsType of trucking and equipment
Dump truckCommunication systems experience
Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipmentTransportation/travel experience
