Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educatrice post 4 jour to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality educational and caregiving support to children, particularly those with disabilities. Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of each child, ensuring a stimulating learning environment. Provide individualized support to children with disabilities, promoting their development and inclusion within the classroom. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social and emotional growth through interactive activities. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system for each child. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring all materials are accessible and conducive to learning. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

Experience

Previous classroom experience is essential, particularly in early childhood education settings. Experience working with people with disabilities is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of diverse needs. A background in teaching or caregiving will be beneficial in providing effective support to children. Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices is required to create impactful learning experiences. Experience with children in various capacities will enhance your ability to connect and engage effectively. Pay: $16.88-$29.14 per hour
