Nous recherchons actuellement une educatrice de garderie aimante et devouee pour se joindre a notre equipe. Le candidat ideal sera a l'aise de travailler avec des enfants de tous ages et de tous niveaux de competence, et est capable de gerer des responsabilites quotidiennes ardues. Un candidat retenu aimera aider les enfants a atteindre leur plein potentiel et sera egalement capable d'aider aux taches administratives et a la planification d'evenements en cas de besoin. On est a la recherche d'une personne dynamique pour les 3 postes suivant:

1) Educatrice/Educateur qualifiee

2)Educatrice/Educateur non qualifiee

3) Remplacante (bienvenue aux candidates et etudiants de plus de 18 ans)

We are currently seeking a loving and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with children of all ages and skill levels, and is capable of handling strenuous day to day responsibilities. A successful candidate will enjoy helping children reach their full potential, and will also be capable of assisting with administrative tasks and event planning when needed.We are looking for a dynamic person for the following 3 positions:

1) Qualified educator

2) Unqualified educator

3) Substitute (candidates and students over 18 are welcome)

Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare facility
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and intellectual development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of the children

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Additional Skills:
- Classroom management skills to maintain order and discipline among children
- Ability to adapt activities to meet the individual needs and interests of each child
- Knowledge of educational resources and materials suitable for different age groups
