Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educatrice en garderie to join our team in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with disabilities. This role is essential in fostering the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills through engaging activities and structured learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote learning and development. Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring environment. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social interactions and emotional growth. Collaborate with parents to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and adapting activities as needed. Support children with diverse needs, including those with working persons disabilities, ensuring inclusivity in all activities. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in early childhood education.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred. A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to various learning styles. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for educating young children. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus but not required.
