In this role, you will be responsible role model service standards coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Assumes a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences.
• Maintains exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently

Qualifications:

• Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers
• Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs
• Motivated and driven to achieve results
• Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment
• Openness to learn and develop new skills
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change
• Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
