Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile drywaller to join our reno team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywaling, framing, painting, carpentry, caulking, and maintenance person tasks, with the ability to read blueprints and perform various maintenance and repair duties. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to high-quality craftsmanship, and support the successful completion of construction and renovation initiatives. The will be responsible for executing detailed work with precision and professionalism, ensuring safety and efficiency on every project site.

Responsibilities

Perform drywallling tasks with attention to detail and quality standards Execute carpentry work including framing, trimming, and installing fixtures Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps for weatherproofing and finishing purposes Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications Conduct maintenance person duties such as repairs, installations, and general maintenance Assist in project setup, cleanup, and material organization on-site Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols Support other construction-related tasks as needed based on project requirements

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and maintenance person work Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to repairs and installations Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Prior experience in blueprint reading is preferred but not mandatory Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
