Duties
- Prepare surfaces by filling cracks and holes
- Apply tape and compound to walls for a smooth finish
- Sand surfaces for optimal smoothness
- Work with blueprints to ensure accuracy in tapering tasks
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to achieve project goals
# Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience as a maintenance person
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques
- Ability to build and repair structures
