We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality construction and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance person tasks, including drywall installation, caulking, and carpentry. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Assist in blueprint reading to understand project requirements and communicate them effectively to the team. Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for ongoing projects. Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices in construction techniques, including drywall installation and painting. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or maintenance industry. Strong maintenance person skills with proficiency in drywall installation, caulking, carpentry, and construction painting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Excellent leadership qualities with strong communication skills to motivate and guide team members. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
