We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with hands-on experience in various trades. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality installations that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.

Duties

Install drywall, ensuring proper fitting and finishing for a polished look. Perform maintenance person tasks, including repairs and maintenance as needed. Utilize carpentry skills to build and install structures according to blueprints and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute installation plans. Apply caulking to seal gaps and joints for a finished appearance. Conduct construction painting tasks, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and painted according to project requirements. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in drywall installation, maintenance person services, or carpentry is essential. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Familiarity with caulking techniques and construction painting practices is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.80-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Day shift On call Weekends as needed
Experience:

Drywall installing: 2 years (preferred)
