We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and maintenance person team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to construction, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction painting, caulking, blueprint reading, and maintenance person services. Duties

Execute interior and exterior construction painting with attention to detail and quality standards Perform carpentry tasks including framing, repairs, and installations Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution Apply caulking and sealing techniques to improve building integrity and aesthetics Conduct general maintenance person duties such as repairs, maintenance, and small-scale renovations Assist with project planning and material preparation based on blueprints and client specifications Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting and carpentry work Knowledge of construction processes and safety protocols Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into actionable tasks Maintenance Person experience across various trades is highly desirable Skilled in caulking, sealing, and finishing techniques Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work challenges Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
