Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of installation tasks across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Install fixtures, doors, trim carpentry elements, flooring, tile, stucco, and other building components with precision. Perform framing using metal studs or wood to prepare structures for finishing work. Conduct plumbing installations including water supply lines, fixtures, and related systems while adhering to safety standards. Apply plastering, caulking, and painting techniques such as airless paint spraying to achieve smooth finishes. Execute masonry work including bricklaying and masonry repairs as needed on project sites. Assist with water damage restoration efforts by identifying moisture issues and applying appropriate remediation techniques. Use hand tools and power equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently across various trades such as drywall hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and more. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by managing materials and tools effectively throughout each project phase.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction site work with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation relevant to installation tasks. Hands-on experience with construction estimating is a plus but not required. Knowledge of multiple trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), plumbing (construction plumbing), masonry, drywall installation, flooring (including tile laying), painting (including airless spray), stucco application, and fixture installation. Familiarity with restoration industry processes such as mold remediation and water damage restoration is advantageous. Ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure precise installations. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is essential. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.98-$24.56 per hour
