Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related tasks, including carpentry, painting, and caulking, with the ability to interpret blueprints and execute installation projects efficiently. Responsibilities

Install building components and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints Perform construction painting, carpentry, caulking, and other finishing tasks as needed Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation Utilize maintenance person skills to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning, measuring, and setting up necessary tools and materials Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards Maintain safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment throughout each project

Experience

Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person work is highly preferred Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, and blueprint reading is advantageous Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions Hands-on experience with various installation tools and equipment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different project requirements Reliable transportation and the ability to work at multiple job sites as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.70-$33.64 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
