Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of construction skills in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Install building components such as drywall, cabinetry, and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints Perform construction painting, caulking, and finishing tasks to ensure a polished appearance Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute installations accurately Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes Conduct carpentry tasks including cutting, measuring, and assembling materials as needed Assist with general maintenance person tasks related to construction projects Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person work preferred Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, and blueprint reading is highly desirable Strong ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are preferred for job site access A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
