Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various building components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to project specifications. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a range of construction skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Install building components such as drywall, cabinetry, fixtures, and other structural elements according to blueprints and project plans Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation Perform construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to achieve a polished appearance Utilize carpentry skills for framing, cutting, and assembling materials as needed Apply maintenance person experience for minor repairs and adjustments during installation processes Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times

Skills

Proven experience in construction painting, carpentry, or maintenance person work Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials Skilled in caulking and finishing techniques for a professional look Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and lift heavy materials safely
