What You'll Do

As an

Dryer Operator

, you'll be at the heart of our production process:

Operate and monitor dryer systems to produce safe, high-quality products. Adjust key variables (temperature, solids composition, etc.) to maintain consistency. Perform equipment cleaning (CIP), troubleshooting, and basic maintenance. Log process data and use it to identify improvements in efficiency and quality. Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality control teams to keep production running smoothly. Follow GMP, HACCP, and all safety and regulatory standards. Cross-train in other areas of production as your skills grow.
What We're Looking For

Post-secondary education in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in manufacturing or food processing is an asset. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with rotating shift work in a 24/7 operation (days, nights, weekends, holidays). Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg (55 lbs) and working on your feet for long periods. Excellent communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills. Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Working Conditions

This is a

hands-on role in a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.

Expect rotating 8-12 hour shifts, exposure to varying temperatures and humidity, and physical activity. Full PPE and safety training are provided to keep you safe.

Pay: $20.60-$24.98 per hour
