Description
The person is responsible for the replacement of the Dry Yeast Packaging Operator and MQL Dryer Operator
OPERATOR DRY YEAST PACKAGING

• Monitor and control the following lines established standards:
• Cleaning, sanitizing, preparation and operation of all production lines and associated equipment
• Operate the Twin packaging lines parameters to established standards
• Perform packing operations, if necessary, on the following lines
• Manipulate/handle cases of products if equipment malfunctions or count differences.
• Operate a lift truck to transfer pallets from area.
• Report of production and maintenance issues.
• Maintain the Companys quality standard and comply with the GMP
• Complete reports in support of the processes including HACCP.
• Perform/assist/support equipment inspections.

• Monitor and control the filtration parameters on the MQL Rotating Vacuum Filter (RVF).
• Monitor and control the MQL Dryer parameters and dependents.
• Prepare batches of ingredients.
• Perform various tests to follow the process parameters.
• Perform transfers of bulk materials within department.
• Clean/wash of the MQL equipment and department.
• Report production and maintenance issues.
• Complete reports in support of the processes including HACCP.
• Assist/support equipment inspections.

• High school diploma.
• Good communication skills, interaction with other departments.
• Ability to understand industrial equipment and processes.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of similar industrial processes.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principals
• Personal computer experience.
• Flexibility in tasks to be accomplished and their timing.
• Documentation skills for production and/or maintenance reports.
