Role Description

This is a contract position based in Pitt Meadows, BC that could remain contract or become a full-time position for a Drone Training - Program Developer with an Advanced Operations Certification and a Flight Reviewer Endorsement.

The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and delivering advanced drone training programs, performing flight reviews, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Daily tasks include developing training materials including a comprehensive Ground School, conducting instructional sessions, and analyzing training outcomes to improve program effectiveness. Additionally, the successful candidate will be instrumental in applying for Transport Canada certification as a Drone Training School offering Advanced Drone Training on the Ground and in the Air.

Qualifications

Advanced Operations Certification - Drone Flight Reviewer Endorsement - Drone Program Development Experience Training skills Technical Writing and Instructional Design skills for creating training materials Strong verbal communication skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience in drone operations and aviation training is a plus Bachelor's degree considered a plus
