Nous recherchons un Instructeur de Conduite devoue et competent pour rejoindre notre equipe. Le candidat ideal sera responsable d'enseigner aux eleves les pratiques de conduite securitaires et le code de la route, afin de leur permettre de developper les competences necessaires pour devenir des conducteurs confiants et responsables. Ce role exige d'excellentes aptitudes en communication ainsi que la capacite d'interagir avec les eleves au volant tout en restant patient.
Responsabilites
Assurer une formation pratique de qualite en conduite automobile aupres des eleves.
Veiller au respect de toutes les reglementations de securite et des politiques de l'entreprise pendant les sessions d'instruction.
Qualifications
Permis de conduire valide avec un bon dossier de conduite (pas plus de 4 points d'inaptitude).
Experience prealable.
Excellentes competences en communication.
Patience et capacite d'adaptation pour travailler avec des eleves ayant des niveaux de competence varies.
Capacite a creer un environnement d'apprentissage engageant, favorisant la participation des eleves et leur enthousiasme pour l'apprentissage.
