Job Title: Driving InstructorJob Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable

Driving Instructor

to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about road safety and teaching, and will be responsible for equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become safe, responsible drivers. This includes providing instruction on traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and preparing students for their driving exams.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

Valid

Class 5 New Brunswick driver's license

held for

at least 4 years

Clean driving record

with no suspensions or major violations

Minimum of 10 years' driving experience

Bilingual

in

English and French

(spoken and written) Willingness to work

evenings and weekends

as needed Ability to

travel within Southeastern NB

, including

Sackville, Shediac, and Greater Moncton

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching or tutoring experience

(asset but not required) Classroom or group instruction experience is considered a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students of various ages and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive

on-road driving lessons

, ensuring students understand traffic laws and safe driving practices Develop and adjust

lesson plans

based on individual student needs and learning styles Monitor student progress and provide

constructive feedback

Maintain accurate records of

attendance, performance, and progress

Communicate regularly with

students and their families

regarding progress and improvement areas Ensure all instructional vehicles are in

safe and optimal working condition

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
