Job Description
We are looking for a certified driving instructor to join our team!
Qualities of a Driving Instructor:
- Must have a Class 5 Drivers License or higher
- Must have or be eligible for a B.C Instructors License
- Motivated by a sincere desire to help people
- Has good communication skills (Experience handling communication with ESL / Different cultures is a plus)
- Tolerence / Patience / Humility - Ability to work independently - Ability to make quick / accurate decisions - Flexible working hours ( on call availability is a plus)

Responsibilities
Instruct students on safe driving practices and traffic laws to ensure comprehensive understanding. Develop customized lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs and skill levels. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving abilities. Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment to foster student confidence. Communicate effectively with students and guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including holding a valid Class 5 Licence.
Remuneration
$25.00 to $27.00 per 45 minute driving lesson (most lessons are 1.5 hours) and $50.00 per road test.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
