Out of Town Lincoln is currently seeking 2 service-minded driver/guides to join our growing team to assist with wine tours, city to city transportation and airport transfers. WHAT WE DO: Airport transfers - You will be expected to arrive at pickup location a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time with a clean vehicle. Greet your passengers, and load their luggage. Open doors and offer assistance when entering the vehicle when possible. Safely transport your passengers to their destination and unload luggage. We service all local airports (Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara Falls NY and Buffalo). Wine Tours - You will be expected to collect participants from their hotel(s)/Air BnBs and guide them into wine country while sharing local insight and knowledge about attractions you may be driving past, the wineries you\'ll be visiting during the tour, or some local history. You\'ll escort your group into each winery where you\'ll check them in for their tasting experiences, making sure they are aware of time restrictions and the next scheduled tasting to keep your group on time. Time is typically allocated in the middle of the tour where you will drop your passengers off in Niagara-on-the-Lake for some lunch. POSITION BEST SUITED TO (but not limited to):

• School bus drivers (your off-time compliments our peak season June-Sept)
• Retirees
• Former/current bus driver, limo drivers, taxi drivers

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greeting clients, assisting with luggage, escorting clients, driving clients to various destinations (airports, vineyards, hotels, etc.), performing tours (wine tours, sightseeing tours), keeping the group aware of time restrictions and reservation times, and sharing local knowledge and insight about the local attractions and sights in Niagara. You\'ll be responsible for passenger safety, maintaining a daily run sheet, and cleanliness of the vehicle. In some cases you may be asked to collect payment from passengers. We operate sedans, SUVs and 11-passenger mini-buses. Daily pre-trip inspection reports must be completed and submitted for the 11-passenger vehicles. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: We are currently seeking Class B, C, F and G drivers preferably with 3-years experience in the passenger transportation industry (taxi, bus, limo). Uber and other rideshare does not qualify with our insurance, sorry. Those with less experience in this industry will also be considered. Current passport or NEXUS card is very useful as we do cross the border. Niagara Region "Specialty" License - we can assist with this once hired Niagara Parks "Sightseeing Guide License" - we can assist with this when required COMPENSATION: We are an Ontario Living Wage employer. Current wages are $19.80/hour. Class B, C and F drivers will receive hourly bonus while operating our 11-passenger vans. INTERESTED??? We\'d love to hear from you.
