Job Description

We're looking for a dependable and versatile

Delivery Driver & Studio Hand

to join our creative floral studio team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road and also helping behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely and careful delivery of floral arrangements, while assisting with day-to-day studio task such as prepping arrangements for delivery and maintaining a clean, efficient work space.

Key Responsibilities:

As Delivery Driver:

Load and unload floral products with care, ensuring no damage during transit.

Review daily delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.

Provide friendly and professional customer service upon delivery.

Communicate with the studio team about delivery issues or delays.

Keep the delivery vehicles clean, fueled and properly maintained.

Pick up stock at suppliers as needed.

As Studio Hand:

Assist with unpacking freshly delivered flowers and processing.

Help with general studio upkeep including cleaning vases, votives and other product that come back from events.

Support with packing and labeling arrangements for delivery or pick up as needed

Assist with event set ups as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.

Reliable, punctual and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Friendly and respectful when interacting with clients and team members.

Willingness to help wherever needed in a fast-pace environment.

Flexible schedule including availability for weekends, holidays and peak floral seasons.
