We have an immediate opportunity and are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Driver-Picker (D1) at our Adelaide Store (Winnipeg).

Your Duties

Delivery & Transportation

Drive company vehicle (Class 5) to complete scheduled store transfers between Warehouse and retail stores daily. Deliver and collect merchandise, transfers, and supplies according to established routes and timelines. Perform occasional customer deliveries and local vendor pickups as directed. Load and unload cartons safely, ensuring all items are handled carefully to avoid damage. Maintain delivery records, route sheets, and proof of transfer documentation accurately.

Warehouse & Picking

Pick and stage merchandise according to transfer and order lists. Assist in preparing outgoing shipments and verifying inbound deliveries. Support inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damages promptly.

General

Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and in good working condition, report maintenance needs promptly. Adhere to all company safety procedures and provincial driving regulations.
Contribute to a team-oriented warehouse culture that values accuracy, communication, and efficiency.

Your Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, warehouse, or logistics operations. Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and performing regular loading/unloading activities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team and supervisors.
Proven Communication Skills

Proven ability to accurately answer inquiries, maintain good relations and solve problems

Strong time management and organization skills
