Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with moving services, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to perform heavy lifting.

Duties

Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport items to various locations. Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and organization. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients, addressing any questions or concerns. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of items, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the warehouse and vehicle. Utilize forklifts as needed for moving heavier items within the warehouse setting. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in moving or logistics is preferred. CVOR an asset Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is required for operating larger vehicles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions. Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus, including experience operating forklifts. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role. Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
