Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting goods and assisting with the moving process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting.

Duties

Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport items to various locations. Assist in loading and unloading items from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate moving plans and address any concerns. Perform warehouse duties as needed, including organizing inventory and maintaining a clean work environment. Utilize forklifts and other equipment for moving heavy items when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer needs during the moving process. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory. Experience in warehouse operations or moving services is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers. Strong physical stamina and capability for heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with operating forklifts or willingness to learn is advantageous. A positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
