Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to various locations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport. Perform routine inspections of vehicles before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients during deliveries. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving items and operating forklifts.

Qualifications

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Previous experience in commercial driving or transportation is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus. Familiarity with forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory. A commitment to safety and adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
