Driver/Cleaner

to join our team and help lead cleaning crews to success.

Responsibilities

Drive company vehicle to and from job sites safely and efficiently. Lead a small cleaning team and ensure work is completed on schedule. Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and trash removal and assist with laundry. Oversee quality control at each site and ensure client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with office staff and clients as needed. Train new cleaning staff on procedures and safety standards. Keep cleaning supplies organized and report any shortages or damages. Ensure company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled. Follow all safety and health regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Canadian driver's license (Class 5 or equivalent). Clean driving record. Previous cleaning experience (commercial and/or residential) is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills. Must have a valid work permit or legal status to work in Canada.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
