We are currently seeking a

Driver/Cleaner - Team Leader

to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, punctual, and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Work is based in and outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Starting Wage:

$22.00/hour

Typical Work Hours

: 7am - 3pm

Work Vehicle & Gas Provided

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a cleaning crew on various job sites Drive company vehicle and employees to and from job sites (in and outside the GTA) Perform a range of cleaning duties, demonstrating strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Ensure jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum5 years of previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role with leadership responsibilities Valid G Class Driver's License (Full G) Full set of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Must know how to perform a range of cleaning duties, including: Window washing using a squeegee and applicator...Floor cleaning and maintenance, including use of a floor scrub machine...Carpet cleaning using steam cleaner and shampooer Familiarity with the City of Toronto and surrounding areas Ability and willingness to travel outside the GTA when required Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
