We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join Bin Buddy's. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the cleaning truck, operating a pressure washer, following a gps route through various settings, ensuring that safe protocols are followed. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, pressure washing residential green bins Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks. Maintain facilities by performing custodial duties such as trash removal. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning activities to management.

Skills

Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Effective communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with others.
