We are currently seeking a

Driver / Warehouse Associate

to join our team. This is a

dual-role position

where you'll work both in the warehouse and on the road, supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Driver / Warehouse Associate

provides ongoing support to company operations by performing a blend of warehouse

Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Duties:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming tires and wheels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and promptly reporting discrepancies. Pick and prepare tire orders for delivery or customer pickup, tagging and organizing items efficiently. Operate material-handling equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts), following all safety procedures. Forklift training/certification provided if needed.*
Maintain an organized, clean, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Assist with regular inventory counts and identify slow-moving, damaged, or missing products. Safely load and unload tires and wheels from trucks and storage areas using proper lifting techniques and company handling procedures.

Driver Duties:

Safely transport and deliver tires, wheels, and related equipment to customers and locations within the Greater Golden Horseshoe area. Verify orders before departure and ensure timely, accurate, and documented deliveries. Operate company vehicles in full compliance with Ontario traffic laws and company policies. Assist with loading and unloading at delivery sites as needed. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, fluids, tire pressure, cleanliness) and report any maintenance concerns or incidents to management immediately.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow Ontario workplace safety regulations and company-specific safety protocols. Use required PPE, including CSA-approved steel-toe boots and gloves (as needed). Maintain awareness of surroundings while operating vehicles or equipment to prevent accidents. Comply with the company's no-mobile-device policy in work areas. Keep all service and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free from debris or obstructions.

Team Collaboration & Support:

Arrive

10 minutes before

scheduled start time, in a clean, laundered uniform, ready to work efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a positive, cooperative environment. Take initiative to assist with housekeeping or additional tasks when primary duties are complete. Provide occasional support to other departments, including sales and shop operations, as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid

G2 driver's license or higher

with a clean driving record. Previous experience in warehouse or delivery roles preferred (training provided). Ability to

lift 50+ lbs regularly

and work in a physically active environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in order fulfillment. Ability to read, follow, and complete order sheets accurately. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
