Duties and Responsibilities:



Ability to Coach and train new drivers on professional driving skills and company policies and procedures. Conduct route rides with drivers to improve efficiencies and promote safer driving. Liaise between customer, driver, and sales to ensure each service is performed optimally Using RPRA, Geotab, Electronic Logging Devices, Lytx; our onboard camera system, and other documents, track and monitor professional driver activity. i.e. excessive stop times, excessive idling, excessive speeding, etc. Conduct regular vehicle inspections with drivers to ensure compliance with roadworthiness, vehicle cleanliness and appropriate driver operation Analyze route efficiencies to ensure optimum cost savings achieved Be pro-active in assisting with the development of safe work practices Responsible for ensuring driver compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and principles and rectify any non-conformance or matters of concern regarding Health and Safety and Environmental matters Ensure minimal errors are made and high quality of customer service delivered Arrange for vehicle maintenance and repair work Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders Work on Salesforce cases/profiles Shift: 11:00am to 8:00pm, but hours could vary while on ride alongs or based on business needs.

Skills and Qualifications:



A/Z or D/Z license and driving experience Strong attention to detail You have strong verbal and written customer service, communication skills, interpersonal skills and relationship building Deadline-oriented Problem solving
