We're on the lookout for a
Driver Services Manager
who thrives on building strong relationships, driving high performance, and creating a team culture that reflects professionalism and accountability. You are organized, thorough, and deeply committed to doing things right the first time. This leadership role is dedicated to developing one of the best long-haul open deck driver teams in Western Canada -- ensuring they are well-trained, engaged, compliant, and fully aligned with our core values.

The Driver Services Manager is not only a key coach and advisor to our drivers but also plays a central role in promoting a proactive, company-wide approach to occupational health and safety. By building trust, delivering training, and driving cultural alignment, this person helps ensure that every driver -- and every employee -- is equipped to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing:
Grow a Team of qualified, highly engaged quality drivers
Lead all driver recruitment efforts including job marketing, screening, road testing, and onboarding
Deliver effective training programs during onboarding and throughout a driver's career
Conduct annual performance reviews and ongoing coaching conversations
Address driver performance issues with clarity, accountability, and care
Foster a positive, professional driver culture aligned with our core operating principles
Manage driver performance and ensure compliance with all regulations
Monitor ELD data, Hours of Service logs, violations, and driver abstracts for accuracy and compliance
Oversee telematics systems and video-based safety performance; ensure all violations are followed up with coaching or corrective action
Maintain complete and up-to-date driver qualification files, including documentation of any compliance issues and performance management activities
Track and reconcile violations to ensure alignment between internal records and public safety profiles
Claims & Incident Management
Administer cargo and accident claims from incident to resolution
Investigate root causes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
Ensure timely and accurate claims documentation and customer communication
Licensing & Administration
Manage IRP, IFTA, and other permit renewals
Oversee driver licensing book compliance and ensure all documentation is current
Support third-party and customer certification requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Driver Services or similar role
Strong working knowledge of provincial, Canadian, and U.S. DOT regulations
Basic understanding of insurance claims, and compliance reporting
Proven ability to build relationships and influence behaviour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with technology and data systems; must hold Class 1 licence
