Shift: Day Shift, full time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver will be expected to transport and deliver building materials to our dealers, distribution centers and/or construction job sites using a 5ton cube truck. This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service.

Perform pre & post-trip inspections thoroughly Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site Follow all safety procedures for transporting goods Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with overtime as needed Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Valid Class5 2 years commercial truck driving experience Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 100lbs / 2 man lifting Multi-drop delivery experience a plus Ability to work independently or with a team Ability to plan and manage time efficiently Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
