Baker/Driver Needed!

Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake is growing, and we are looking for a Baker/Driver to join our team at our North York location!

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload ingredients, supplies, and products. Bake and use the prep machine for preparing cheese, butter, flower and sugar. Prepare deliveries on skids and wrap skids for transport. Make deliveries between store locations. Ensure the work vehicle is well-maintained and in good working order. Manage and maintain inventory organization within the warehouse. Perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 20kg) Stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively in a team setting, ensuring smooth communication. Demonstrates strong time management skills and multitask efficiently. Punctualis essential.

Requirements:

- Must have a valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Able to drive a 20-foot truck.

- Must be able to communicate in English.

- Previous experience loading/unloading skids and delivering goods is an asset.

- Ability to lift 30kg and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Must be able to work in hotter temperatures and fast-paced environments.

- Must be located near the North York area and able to commute reliably.

- Holidays and weekend availability required.

- Starting at $17.20/hour and %4 vacation pay, subject to increase depending on performance.

- Full-time hours - 40 hours/week (schedule may vary between 7am and 8pm).
