Part-Time Driver - Everglow Care Center

Supporting Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Location:

Mississauga & Brampton

Hours:

Morning: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM Community outings: Wednesdays (hours may vary)

Pay:

$20/hour

About Everglow Care Center:

Everglow Care Center provides day programs and community-based supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to creating a caring, inclusive, and engaging environment for our members and families.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate

Driver

to safely transport our members with special needs to and from the program and community outings. The ideal candidate is patient, punctual, and committed to ensuring a positive and safe transportation experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport members to and from Everglow Care Center using your own vehicle. Provide transportation for community outings on Wednesdays. Assist members with entering and exiting the vehicle safely. Ensure all passengers are secure before driving. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. Follow all traffic and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding schedules or changes.

Requirements:

Valid

G-class driver's license

(clean driving record required).

Access to a reliable, insured vehicle

suitable for transporting multiple passengers. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (an asset). Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism. CPR/First Aid certification (an asset).
